All room bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Guests are requested to verify their booking details carefully at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility

No Refund Situations

Refunds may not be provided in the following situations:

• If the guest does not arrive on the booked date (no-show).

• If cancellation is requested after the check-in date.

• If the guest leaves before the booked stay period is completed.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take several working days to process depending on the payment method used during booking.
